Terms of Service

These terms govern use of KAF E ZONE services for marketplace virtual assistant support.
1. Service scope
Services may include listing support, catalog updates, order workflow support, customer message handling, and marketplace operations support, as agreed in writing.
2. Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, lawful product and account activity, and required access credentials or delegated permissions needed for delivery.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to request work that violates marketplace rules, law, intellectual property rights, or consumer protection standards.
4. Fees and payments
Service fees, billing cycle, and payment terms are defined in your selected plan or service agreement. Late payment may pause service.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep non public business information confidential and use it only for service delivery and support.
6. No performance guarantee
We provide professional support and best effort execution. We do not guarantee specific sales, ranking, traffic, or platform decisions by third party marketplaces.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for services during the period defined in your agreement.
8. Termination
Either party may end services based on the agreed notice terms or for material breach. Outstanding dues remain payable.
9. Changes to terms
We may revise these terms. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the current version.
